  • This white Rhone wine has delicate honeysuckle floral aromas and fruit flavors of melon, apricot, and pear. This Roussanne is nice and rich – it has good complexity, acidic balance and structure due to its partial barrel fermentation in new French oak. Pairs perfectly with rich seafood such as crab, scallops or shrimp.

Harvested from the Westside in Paso Robles, this Rhone style wine was gentle whole clustered pressed and fermented in Stainless Steel casks for 4 months, then racked into seasoned French oak barrels for an additional 90 days. It shows lots of delicate fruit characteristics of pear, apple, and honey.
